Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at support@lawnrx.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.

You request a Free Lawn Assessment, we visit your property to evaluate the turf, and then we send you a Lawn Assessment Report with a recommended program and monthly price.

No — we keep the on-site visit focused on the lawn. Pricing and your recommended program are sent afterward in your report so you can review it clearly and enroll online.

As soon as conditions allow and routes are open for your area. Spring timing varies based on weather and ground conditions.

We offer subscription lawn health programs designed to improve thickness, color, and weed resistance over the season. Options typically include fertilization, weed control, and seasonal enhancements depending on your chosen program.

Standard is the core program for consistent seasonal improvement.

Premium includes everything in Standard plus aeration + overseeding for deeper long-term results. (Standard clients can also add aeration/overseeding later as a one-time service.)

LawnRx is built for results through consistency. Most clients choose a subscription program so we can treat, track, and improve the lawn across the season. Some add-ons may be available.

You’ll usually notice improvements in color and vigor within a few weeks in active growing conditions. Thickness and weed reduction build over time. The best lawns are built over a full season (and even better year-over-year).

A completely weed-free lawn isn’t realistic (new weeds can arrive by wind, seed, pets, construction, etc.). What we do promise is a professional program focused on reducing weeds and improving turf density so weeds struggle to take hold.

Usually no. If we need access (like a gated backyard) we’ll coordinate ahead of time.

Yes. The lawn is safe for kids and pets once the product has dried, usually 2 hours after application. The wait time and next steps will be communicated after each visit.

Programs are billed monthly during the season (April–October) for predictable budgeting.

We are currently serving Greely, Manotick, North Gower, Richmond, Stittsville, Kanata, Carp, Ashton, Carleton Place and surrounding areas.
